Included in our service is the management of subdivisions on behalf of our clients.  We prepare all applications, associated documents and plans involved in the subdivision process whilst providing valuable advice and direction along the way.

All our applications are electronically lodged with councils via SPEAR (Surveying and Planning through Electronic Applications and Referrals).  Many of our subdivisions are also processed through the ePlan Portal, a Victorian Government initiative that enables the digital submission of plans and survey data.  The ePlan portal improves data quality and allows for a faster and more efficient registration process at Land Use Victoria.

Our extensive experience and knowledge with SPEAR and ePlan, has proven to reduce timeframes of the subdivision process and allowed applications to be managed much more efficiently.

Through many years of regular engagement with municipal councils and service authorities, we have also been able to improve efficiencies of our applications.  Knowing what councils expect from the outset frequently delivers smoother, faster outcomes.
